We are now looking for a highly skilled CNC Operator to join our team. This full-time, on-site role will involve operating and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring the production of high-quality, precision parts that meet exacting standards. Your expertise will also be essential in interpreting technical blueprints and working with design software to guarantee the accuracy of finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC machinery to deliver precision parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints for accurate production.
- Utilize design software such as AutoCAD to assist in the design and machining process.
- Ensure product accuracy and adherence to company and client standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC equipment as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines.
- Strong knowledge of design software, including AutoCAD.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Physical dexterity and the ability to lift and handle heavy materials.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
